    Versital is delighted to have been chosen by commercial interior designers JMDA to provide bar tops, table tops and washroom vanities across the roll out of over 30 premium country pub sites owned by industry leaders Mitchells and Butlers.

    Luxurious Metallic Marbles

    Versital’s luxurious metallic marble surface ‘Gold Stratos’ has been featured in many of the exclusive locations, bringing an opulent feel to the stylish pubs, including the newly opened Dukes Head in Billericay and George and the Dragon in Mountnessing.

    Following the launch of the Metallic Marbles collection for Summer 17, Versital’s innovative new range of metallic inspired marble surfaces have proven a popular choice for contemporary spaces in the hospitality sector thanks to their on-trend appeal and luxe finish.

    JMDA selected a mixture of ‘Gold Stratos’ alongside the covetable ‘Arabesque’ white-marble surface for the premium pub refits which span locations including Alderley Edge, Cambridge and Windlesham to name but a few.

    The latest exclusive range chosen by JMDA is the striking ‘Busy Carrata’ which has been causing quite a stir in the design sector.

    Versital has been specified for new washrooms to be used by boat owners and their crew at Royal Quays Marina on the River Tyne at North Shields. Versital supplied bespoke stone resin shower panels and splashbacks in bold and exciting colours for this striking waterside development.

    The new building is a stunning contemporary design which incorporates a café bar restaurant as well as the new washrooms. Situated right on the dock edge the glazed frontage gives superb views for diners over the boats moored in the marina, whilst the interior accommodates modern new washrooms for use by marina users.

    A Daring Look for Royal Quays Marina Newcastle Thanks to Versital Shower Panels

    Versital supplied stone resin wall panels and splashbacks in distinctive colours such as ‘Shiraz’, ‘Tangoed’, ‘Dorothy’, ‘Ice White’ and ‘Wenge’ to create 8 contemporary, spacious shower enclosures and washrooms that will serve the owners, family and crew of the 350 boats moored in the marina, as well as the many boats that visit this busy marina each year.

    Versital’s non-porous, stone resin shower panels and splashbacks were made to measure for the Marina, allowing the design team to specify the exact shape, size. The design team picked the final colour selection from a range of 90 colours and finishes such as marble, granite, sparkle and high gloss.

    BrightBlue Studio, the RIBA Registered Architects who designed the Marina Building, specified bespoke Versital shower panels to provide a low maintenance bathroom solution.

    Royal Quays Marina which is widely regarded as the premier boating facility in the area wanted to cement this reputation by making sure that the new washrooms would be the ‘best on the coast’ and to ensure that any sailor who has endured a cold wet sail to reach the marina would be rewarded with first class facilities. The new facilities even include a full-size bath for a long hot soak if required! A little touch of luxury rarely found in a marina.

  3. Dawnvale Bar Design Using Translucent Marble Bar Panels

    Great products can only be as good as the designer. We are lucky to work alongside and supply some of the UK’s most experienced commercial designers and installers who choose to use our bar panels in their projects.

    This latest installation from Dawnvale Hospitality Solutions is a domestic project. Dawnvale primarily design and install bars and furniture for commercial projects including the likes of TGI Fridays, the Radisson and even the Hilton. However, they also offer a design and installation service for high end domestic properties.

    The project involved a full refurb and build of a home bar, with the client wanting something a bit different for the bar fronts. The designers at Dawnvale recommended using a Versital translucent marble look bar panel, with back lighting for a striking effect.

    The mix of the chunky black high gloss bar top and back lit bar panels works especially well together.

    To create this look Dawnvale chose bar panels from Versital in ‘Autumn Onyx’ that are available made to size specification and to order. This beautiful marble finish has a translucent quality that can be backlit. The choice of backing light colour can also change the look of the marble panels to suit your theme and clients taste.
