1. Bathroom Design Inspiration: Classic Carrata Styling

   Langley Interiors share their recently completed luxury bathroom renovation.

   Versital is delighted to feature in this beautiful bathroom project by renowned interior designer Langley Interiors. Opting for custom surfaces from Versital including vanity tops, wall panels and a shower tray to create this stunning bathroom design. The finished bathroom is a beautiful example of the how a designer can use Versital bathrooms surfaces to create practical bathrooms combined with designs that know no doundries.

   Classic White Marble Wall Panels for a Timeless Effect

   The much coveted ‘Arabesque’ marble surface was selected to create a truly timeless bathroom design. Used as the main feature, the Carrata style white ‘Arabesque’ wall panels emanate a sense of luxury due to their subtle beauty and natural look.

   A major benefit of Versital over real marble is that all surfaces are also fully waterproof and stainproof as well as easy to clean, making them the perfect choice for any bathroom.

   

   Perfect for Every Surface

   Versital shower panels were used for the fully enclosed shower area, as well as the splash back behind the sink and the bath surroundings, again using ‘Arabesque’.Dado, skirting and other accessories in contrasting grey Gloucester were included for a interest, and bring out the pattern of the marble.

   

   Rich Grey Vanity Top for a Stylish Contrast

   Versital’s luxurious marble surface ‘Gloucester’ was chosen to highlight key bathroom areas. A chunky vanity top with a prominent drop edge in ‘Gloucester’ fit the design specifications – calling for a premium look – perfectly.

   ‘Gloucester’ is the ideal alternative for anyone looking for a slate effect finish, but wanting something that is also totally waterproof and stain proof. Unfortunately real slate is extremely porous and stains easily, which Versital does not. Complete with a custom cast out and undermounted basin, the top was fully custom made to suit the clients furniture perfectly.

   

   The Feature Bath

   Dark grey elements have also been chosen around the fully built in bathtub to create a focal point for the room. Incorporating built in feature lighting around the bath and surrounding areas, the prominent marble veins of ‘Gloucester’ create a beautifully luxurious feel.

   This season there has been a rise in demand for metallic finishes in the bathroom. A luxury look that catches the eye, metallic finishes are a great option to create an impact in the bathroom.

   Metallic Look Which is Waterproof and Warm to The Touch

   The metallic trend in the bathroom looks great, but can leave things feeling cold. Metal can be more time consuming to clean and loose it’s luster over time, as well as being inherently cold to the touch. It has recently undergone renovations to bring the centre right up to date.
