Intellectual Property Rights
All images and product info remain the property of PHL Design T/A Versital UK. Permission must be expressly give to use our images, logo or content. For all assistance for marketing and promotional materials please contact us directly.
Limitation of Liability
PHL Design and Versital cannot be held liable for any damage or delay caused to other property or projects due to the installation of Versital or any issues that arise.
Upon receipt of delivery you have 7 days to report any issues with products manufactured. After this point any issues to be resolved are at the discretion of PHL Design.
In the case of a product being accepted as faulty and needing to be replaced, PHL Design and Versital will replace the items supplied but are not liable for any costs associated with installation.
It is the clients responsibility to check all items before installation and report any issues before fitting. By installing any Versital products you are accepting them as satisfactory.
Acceptance of Terms
Any issues or concerns must be raised with PHL Design or your supplier prior to installation. By installing Versital you have accepted that the products are up to your satisfaction and have accepted them as such.
User Guidelines
Versital should be installed in accordance with our guidelines and fitted using recommended adhesive. In the instance of jointing installation must be carried out with the supplied installation kit. Please refer to our video guidelines and technical information prior to installation. Please contact PHL Design and Versital with any concerns or queries prior to installation.
Storage
It is essential that Versital products are stored flat or using an A frame or proper support prior to installation. It is recommended to keep Versital indoors prior to fitting to prevent any adverse reactions from weather and packaging.
Colour Advisory
All Versital finishes have recommended product applications. Not all finishes are recommended for high traffic area or some commercial applications. The design and specification team at Versital will try and guide usage as best they can, but in the event the finishes are used against their recommendations PHL Design cannot be held responsible for any adverse appearance.
