Interior Designers Jolie Studio has taken the brief of elevating this work place and truly put traditional offices to shame. Clarence House is settled in the heart of Manchester City Centre and is in easy reach of high quality amenities such as restaurants, bars and retail. This office space is made to attract high end professionals who want to work in an environment that feels luxurious and puts the needs of their staff and users first. This workplace is a brilliant point of inspiration for those who want to prioritise their staff needs and create a working environment that will enhance productivity and enjoyment at work.

Inviting Entrance

From the moment you step into the building you feel welcomed by this office space. The reception is full of luscious green shades, from beautiful botanical plants that bring a breath of fresh air into the building to velvet cushioned seating that makes you feel at home.

Jolie Studio created a bright and welcoming entrance, featuring our earthy moss green marble. They opted to use the complimentary green marble on the reception desk and panelling around the reception waiting room, as well as using the marble as a moulded architrave around the doors. Creating a complete and fully thought through design that did not leave out any details.

Relaxing Kitchen Space

The perfect environment for breaks and refreshments is created by this warm and welcoming kitchen. With soft cushioned seating, calming neutral tones and natural wood tones, it is certainly a place to rest and restore during a busy day. A necessary addition to any workplace.

Jolie chose to use a complimentary neutral toned marble on the tops, opting for the soft warm toned Caramel marble. This luxury marble is perfect for high traffic areas and is great in an environment with food due to its hygienic nature. Versital marble is waterproof and stain-resistant, making it easy to clean and allows for the product to remain looking pristine for years to come. This addition of marble is the perfect choice for this venue as it be easy to maintain and will continue to reflect the luxury appearance.

The most important element for any office is of course, the working environment. Clarence House has all of the elements required for a brilliant and functional workplace, from independent working spaces, to discussion tables and private meeting rooms. We often have designers who approach us with a brief and initial design who may need advice making it work in practice.

Our aim is to take the stress away from the designer and end client and work alongside other trades to get a good end result.
